If you would like to speak to a person over the phone, please send us an email with your best contact number and we will give you a call. We had to take down our contact number as we were getting too many marketing/sales calls. We are a small team and would rather spend our time working for you guys! (our customers).

  • We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and you'll receive a tracking number by email once dispatched. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days while Express delivery takes 1–3 business days and costs $12.

  • We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch so please contact us as soon as possible at care@lumifoam.com if you need to make a change. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update it. Once it's on its way, we're unable to make changes.

  • First, check your tracking number (sent to you by email when your order was dispatched). If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check with anyone at home who may have accepted it and wait 24 hours! Some couriers mark deliveries slightly early. Still can't find it? Email us at care@lumifoam.com with your order number and we'll help you track it down.
